Direction to Indenture Trustee for Distributions. At least two Business Days before a Payment Date, the Servicer will direct the Indenture Trustee (based on the most recent Monthly Investor Report) to make the withdrawals, deposits, distributions and payments required to be made on the Payment Date under Section 8.2 of the Indenture and Section 4.3(c) of this Agreement.
