Directions regarding location of Specified Equipment. Immediately before, upon or following termination or expiry of this contract, the Freight Customer shall comply or procure compliance with all reasonable directions given by Network Rail concerning the location of any Specified Equipment owned or leased by the Freight Customer which is used by an Appointed Operator solely for the purpose of operating the Services ("Freight Customer Specified Equipment").
