Directions to Collateral Agent. The Collateral Agent may at any time request directions from the Controlling Party with respect to any Credit Document of any Beneficiary as to any course of action or other matter relating hereto or to such Credit Document of any Beneficiary. Except as otherwise provided in Section 2.5 hereof, directions given by the Controlling Party or Collateral Agent hereunder shall be binding on all Beneficiaries for all purposes (provided such directions do not conflict with the express terms of this Agreement).
