Director of Guidance. The Director of Guidance will be contracted for 12 months. The work year shall be 217 days and the Director shall be compensated at the rate of 1.166 of his/her step on the salary schedule.
Director of Guidance. For the term of this contract, the Director of Guidance shall be compensated for an additional twenty days (beyond the defined school year) at a daily per diem rate. Days worked for summer registration will be included in the twenty (20) days. ▇▇▇▇ worked must be coordinated with and approved by the Principal and scheduled prior to the end of the school year. Any additional days must be approved by the Principal on an as needed basis in advance. If approved, the additional days will be compensated at a daily per diem rate.
Director of Guidance. The Director of Guidance shall be designated the Guidance Supervisor. Since the time is more loosely structured, no periods will be given for departmental duties. The Director of Guidance will work 3 weeks (15 days) during the summer and receive an additional 7.5% on the guide. This will be considered part of the base salary and, therefore, will be pensionable.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.
