Directory Assistance with Branding Clause Samples
The 'Directory Assistance with Branding' clause establishes the terms under which a service provider offers directory assistance services that include specific branding elements for a client. Directory Assistance with Branding. This service allows GNAPS to select only one of the three options as follows:
(a) GNAPS may provide BA with a GNAPS branded, introductory Directory Assistance and Operator Services announcement which will be played for all GNAPS Customers completing DA or Operator Services calls over the trunk group to the BA TOPS. Such branding announcement may be a maximum of eighteen (18) seconds, recorded by GNAPS or, at GNAPS's request and subject to charges to be determined on an individual case basis, by BA. GNAPS must provide a minimum of two (2) audio cassette recordings of the GNAPS branding announcement.
(b) GNAPS may request BA branded announcement.
(c) GNAPS may request an unbranded, generic announcement. Rates for requests for Directory Assistance with branding will be billed to GNAPS and are stated in Exhibit A.
Directory Assistance with Branding. This service allows MGC to select only one of the three options as follows:
(a) MGC may provide BA with a MGC branded, introductory Directory Assistance and Operator Services announcement which will be played for all MGC Customers completing DA or Operator Services calls over the trunk group to the BA TOPS. Such branding announcement may be a maximum of eighteen (18) seconds, recorded by MGC or, at MGC's request and subject to charges to be determined on an individual case basis, by BA. MGC must provide a minimum of two (2) audio cassette recordings of the MGC branding announcement.
(b) MGC may request BA branded announcement.
(c) MGC may request an unbranded, generic announcement. Rates for requests for Directory Assistance with branding will be billed to MGC and are stated in Exhibit A.
Directory Assistance with Branding. This service allows DSL to select only one of the three options as follows:
(a) DSL may provide BA with a DSL branded, introductory Directory Assistance and Operator Services announcement which will be played for all DSL Customers completing DA or Operator Services calls over the trunk group to the BA TOPS. • Such branding announcement may be a maximum of eighteen (18) seconds, recorded by DSL or, at DSL's request and subject to charges to be determined on an individual case basis, by BA. DSL must provide a minimum of two (2) audio cassette recordings of the DSL branding announcement.
(b) DSL may request BA branded announcement.
(c) DSL may request an unbranded, generic announcement. Rates for requests for Directory Assistance with branding will be billed to DSL and are stated in Exhibit A.
Directory Assistance with Branding. This service allows Transwire to select only one of the three options as follows:
(a) Transwire may provide BA with a Transwire branded, introductory Directory Assistance and Operator Services announcement which will be played for all Transwire Customers completing DA or Operator Services calls over the trunk group to the BA TOPS. Such branding announcement may be a maximum of eighteen (18) seconds, recorded by Transwire or, at Transwire's request and subject to charges to be determined on an individual case basis, by BA. Transwire must provide a minimum of two (2) audio cassette recordings of the Transwire branding announcement.
(b) Transwire may request BA branded announcement.
(c) Transwire may request an unbranded, generic announcement. Rates for requests for Directory Assistance with branding will be billed to Transwire and are stated in Exhibit A.
Directory Assistance with Branding. This service allows TCG to select only one of the three options as follows:
(a) TCG may provide BA with a TCG branded, introductory Directory Assistance and Operator Services announcement which will be played for all TCG end users completing DA or Operator Services calls over the trunk group to the BA TOPS. *(b) TCG may request BA branded announcement.
Directory Assistance with Branding. This service allows NEFC to select only one of the three options as follows: *(a) NEFC may provide NYNEX with a NEFC branded, introductory Directory Assistance and Operator Services announcement which will be played for all NEFC end users completing DA or Operator Services calls over the trunk group to the NYNEX TOPS. NEFC may request NYNEX branded announcement. NEFC may request an unbranded, generic announcement. This message may be a maximum of eighteen (1 8) seconds and may be recorded by ▇▇▇▇ or, at request, by NYNEX. A of two (2) audio cassette recordings of the NEFC branding announcement must be forwarded to NYNEX. Rates for requests for Directory Assistance with branding will be billed to NEFC and are set forth in the Pricing Schedule.
Directory Assistance with Branding. This service allows COVAD to select only one of the three options as follows:
(a) COVAD may provide ▇▇▇▇ ATLANTIC with a COVAD branded, introductory Directory Assistance and Operator Services announcement which will be played for all COVAD end users completing DA or Operator Services calls over the trunk group to the ▇▇▇▇ ATLANTIC TOPS.
(b) COVAD may request ▇▇▇▇ ATLANTIC branded announcement.
(c) COVAD may request an unbranded, generic announcement. This message may be a maximum of eighteen (18) seconds and may be recorded by COVAD or, at COVAD's request, by ▇▇▇▇ ATLANTIC. A minimum of two (2) audio cassette recordings of the COVAD branding announcement must be forwarded to ▇▇▇▇ ATLANTIC. Rates for requests for Directory Assistance with branding will be billed to COVAD and are set forth in Part IV.

(a) HARVARDNET may provide BA with a HARVARDNET branded, introductory Directory Assistance and Operator Services announcement which will be played for all HARVARDNET end users completing DA or Operator Services calls over the trunk group to the BA TOPS. *(b) HARVARDNET may request BA branded announcement. *(c) HARVARDNET may request an unbranded, generic announcement. This message may be a maximum of eighteen (18) seconds and may be recorded by HARVARDNET or, at HARVARDNET's request, by BA. A minimum of two (2) audio cassette recordings of the HARVARDNET branding announcement must be forwarded to BA. Rates for requests for Directory Assistance with branding will be billed to HARVARDNET and are set forth in the Pricing Schedule.
Directory Assistance with Branding. At ANTC’s election, NYNEX shall provide branded DA.
(a) ANTC shall select one of the three options for the branding announcement. ANTC may change its selection upon request with reasonable notice and NYNEX shall promptly comply.
(i) ANTC may provide NYNEX with a ANTC branded, introductory Directory Assistance and Operator Services announcement which will be played for all ANTC end users completing DA or Operator Services calls over the trunk group to the NYNEX TOPS.
(ii) ANTC may request NYNEX branded announcement.
(iii) ANTC may request an unbranded, generic announcement.
(b) This announcement message may be a maximum of eighteen (18) seconds and may be recorded by ANTC or, at ANTC’s request, by NYNEX. A minimum of two (2) audio cassette recordings of the ANTC branding announcement must be forwarded to NYNEX.
(c) Rates for requests for Directory Assistance with branding will be billed to ANTC and are set forth in the Pricing Attachment.
