Directory Board. Lessee shall be entitled to have its name shown upon the Directory Board of the Building. Lessor shall designate the style of the Directory Board as well as the amount of space to be allocated to Lessee, which Board shall be located in an area designated by Lessor in the main lobby of the Building. As well Lessee may have its name placed upon the monument sign subject to TPA's Design Control Committee, and that of Lessor.
