Common use of Directory Listings and Directory Distributions Clause in Contracts

Directory Listings and Directory Distributions. 19.1.1 BA will include MGC's Customers telephone numbers in all of its "White Pages" and "Yellow Pages" directory listings (including electronic directories) and directory assistance databases associated with the areas in which MGC provides services to such customers, and will distribute such directories to such customers, in an identical and transparent manner in which it provides those functions for its own customers' telephone numbers.
