Common use of Dirty Work Clause in Contracts

Dirty Work. Where an employee and their supervisor agree that work is of an unusually dirty or offensive nature, the employee shall be entitled to 43 cents per hour extra.

Dirty Work. Where an employee and their supervisor Manager agree that work outside an employee’s normal range of duties is of an unusually dirty or offensive nature, the employee shall be entitled to 43 48 cents per hour extra.
