Disabled Child Sample Clauses
The "Disabled Child" clause defines the rights, benefits, or accommodations provided to a child who is determined to have a disability under the terms of an agreement or policy. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria for qualifying as a disabled child, such as requiring medical documentation or meeting specific legal definitions, and may specify extended support, benefits, or coverage beyond what is provided to non-disabled children. Its core practical function is to ensure that children with disabilities receive appropriate and continued support, addressing their unique needs and preventing gaps in care or benefits due to their condition.
