Disabling Code Warranty. Vendor represents, warrants and agrees that the Services do not contain, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will not receive from the Vendor, any virus, worm, trap door, back door, timer, clock, counter or other limiting routine, instruction or design, or other malicious, illicit or similar unrequested code, including surveillance software or routines which may, or is designed to, permit access by any person, or on its own, to erase, or otherwise harm or modify any City system or Data (a "Disabling Code"). In the event a Disabling Code is identified, Vendor shall take all steps necessary, at no additional cost to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, to: (a) restore and/or reconstruct all City Data lost by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as a result of Disabling Code; (b) furnish to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ a corrected version of the Services without the presence of Disabling Codes; and, (c) as needed, re-implement the Services at no additional cost to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. This Warranty shall remain in full force and effect as long as this Agreement remains in effect.
