IL warrants that any Software provided hereunder shall ----------------- not contain any clock, timer, counter, or other limiting or disabling code, design or routine that would cause the Software to be made inoperable or otherwise rendered incapable of performing in accordance with AOL's Requirements or otherwise limit or restrict AOL's or AOL Affiliate's ability to use same or after the lapse or occurrence of any triggering prompt and to the best of IL's knowledge, information and belief does not contain any virus.
