DISAPPLICATION OF CERTAIN EVENTS OF DEFAULT. Clause 5.1(e) will not apply in respect of Party A. Clauses 5.1(b), 5.1(c), 5.1(d), 5.1(e), 5.1(g)(ii), (iii), (iv) (to the extent that it relates to actions taken by Party A or its Affiliates), (vi) (to the extent that it relates to any appointment effected by or pursuant to the Transaction Documents or any appointment that Party B has become subject to), (vii) and (ix), and 5.1(h) will not apply in respect of Party B. Clause 5.1(g)(viii) will not apply to Party B to the extent that it relates to Clauses 5.1(g)(ii), (iii), (iv) (to the extent that it relates to actions taken by Party A or its Affiliates), (vi) and (vii).
