Disaster Recovery and Backup. Supplier will implement ---------------------------- within twelve (12) months after the Effective Time a written disaster recovery plan for Computing Devices at the Facility (prior to such time, Supplier will follow such disaster recovery plans and policies in the process of being, debarred under 21 U.S.C. (S) 335a(a) or (b). Furthermore, neither Supplier nor any of its officers, employees, or consultants has been convicted of an offense under either federal or place at the Effective Time).
