Disaster Response and Recovery Programs. The following programs are authorized under Titles IV and V of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act. The FMAG is available to State, Tribal, and local governments for the mitigation, management, and control of fires on publicly or privately owned lands.
