Disbursement Methods. After you have reported your Card lost or stolen and requested a new replacement Card, we may allow you to withdraw cash from the Available Balance of your account, after debiting the cardless funds pick-up fee and any other applicable fees, at a participating retailer as further described in the Cardless Funds Access Service feature on our Website or in our Mobile App (“Lost/Stolen Cash Pick-Up”).
