Common use of Disbursement of Swing Line Advances Clause in Contracts

Disbursement of Swing Line Advances. Upon receiving any executed Request for Swing Line Advance from the Borrower and the satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 2.5(b) hereof, Swing Line Lender shall make available to Borrower the amount so requested in Dollars not later than 2:00 p.m. (Detroit, Michigan time) on the date of such Advance, by credit to an account of Borrower maintained with Agent or to such other account or third party as the Borrower may reasonably direct in writing in compliance with this Agreement, provided such direction is timely given. Swing Line Lender shall promptly notify Agent of any Swing Line Advance by telephone, telex or telecopier.
