DISCHARGE AND SUSPENSION CASES. An employee who is discharged or suspended shall be given a reasonable opportunity to interview his/her ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. An employee suspended for more than three working days may file a grievance at Step 2 of the Grievance Procedure within three working days of the suspension. An employee suspended for three working days or less may file a grievance at Step 1 of the Grievance Procedure within three working days of the suspension.
