Common use of Discharge of Escrow Agent Clause in Contracts

Discharge of Escrow Agent. Upon delivery of the Escrow Deposit ------------------------- pursuant to the terms of Section 5 above, the Escrow Agent shall thereafter be --------- discharged from any further obligations hereunder.
