Common use of Discharge Prior to Maturity Clause in Contracts

Discharge Prior to Maturity. Subject to certain conditions described in Article VIII of the Indenture, if the Company deposits with the Trustee money or U.S. Government Obligations sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the Securities to maturity, the Company will be discharged (to the extent provided in the Indenture) from the Indenture and the Securities.
