DISCIPLINARY AND GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES. 18.1 If the Employee is dissatisfied with any disciplinary decision taken in relation to him he may appeal in writing to the Chairman of the Board within 7 days of that decision. The Chairman’s decision shall be final. 18.2 If the Employee has any grievance in relation to the Employment he may raise it in writing with the Board whose decision shall be final.
