Disciplinary Proceedings Coverage. The Insurer will pay on behalf of an Insured subject to the Limit of Liability set forth in Item 3.II.(d) of the Declarations, reasonable fees, costs and expenses incurred in responding to a Disciplinary Proceeding initiated against the Insured and reported to the Insurer during the Policy Period or any Extended Reporting Period. Any payment made by the Insurer under this provision shall be in addition to the Aggregate Limit of Liability set forth in Item 3.III.(a) of the Declarations and shall not be subject to any Retention.
