Common use of Discipline Policies Clause in Contracts

Discipline Policies. While enrolled at either CCP or ESU, the student shall comply with each institution’s discipline policies and requirements. However, the specific discipline policies/degree requirements in effect for the BS in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management as awarded by ESU will be as such exist at the time of the student’s enrollment into the program.
