Discipline Procedure. 16.2.1 The Employee shall be notified in writing by the Employer, with full disclosure of the reasons, grounds for action, and/or penalty, with a copy to the Union Representative. 16.2.2 If an Employee feels the Action or Penalty is unjust such Employee will file a grievance within five (5) working days.
