Disclosing Information to Third Parties. The Bank will disclose information to third parties about your Account or the transfers made, as permitted by law, including, without limitations: (a) where it is necessary for completing or tracing transfers or resolving errors or claims in order to verify the existence and condition of an Account for a third party, such as a credit bureau or merchant or other financial institution; (b) in order to comply with court orders or other legal process; (c) to comply with subpoenas, summonses, search warrants or requests from government agencies; to other companies affiliated with the Bank; (d) to others with your consent; and (e) whenever required by law.
