Common use of DISCLOSURE AND HANDLING OF PROPRIETARY INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

DISCLOSURE AND HANDLING OF PROPRIETARY INFORMATION. The Parties recognize that in the performance of obligations under this Contract, it may be necessary to exchange selected company proprietary, competition sensitive or trade secret information (hereinafter referred to as "Proprietary Information"). For this purpose, the Parties have executed a Non-Disclosure Agreement which is identified as, and attached to this Contract, as Attachment C. The confidentiality obligations imposed on the Parties with regard to data provided under this Contract shall survive the termination, for whatever reason, of this Contract in accordance with the requirements of Attachment C.
