Disclosure and ownership of Works. The Consultant must immediately disclose to the Company all Works and all Intellectual Property Rights. Both the Works and the Intellectual Property Rights will (subject to sections 39 to 43 of the Patents Act 1977) belong to and be the absolute property of the Company or any other person the Company may nominate.
