Disclosure by Licensor. Notwithstanding the foregoing, subject to review and comment by Licensee, Licensor may disclose Licensee Proprietary Information to the extent such disclosure is reasonably necessary for the filing or prosecution of patent applications and patents relating to Improvements invented solely by Licensor.
