Except for the Reports, the Subscribers are not relying on any other information relating to the offer and sale of the Securities. Subscribers acknowledge that the Company has offered to make available any additional public information that the Subscribers may reasonably request, including technical information, and other material information about the Company and Subscribers have been offered Company's full and unconditional cooperation in making such information available to Subscribers and acknowledge that the Company has recommended that the Subscribers request and review such information prior to making an investment decision.
