Common use of Disclosure of Data Clause in Contracts

MDHEWD ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to disclose to the LEA FERPA-protected PII, education records and data obtained from the USDE’s SAIG website via EDConnect, for the sole purpose of allowing the LEA to determine which of its students have not completed the FAFSA application process, so that the LEA can encourage such students to do so.
