Common use of Disclosure of Inventions Clause in Contracts

Disclosure of Inventions. Executive will promptly disclose in writing to the Company all Inventions made or conceived or reduced to practice or developed by Executive, either alone or jointly with others, during the term of this Agreement in connection with the Services that relate to any Proprietary Information.

Disclosure of Inventions. Executive will promptly disclose in writing make full and prompt disclosure to the Company of all Inventions made subject to assignment to the Company, and all information relating thereto in Executive's possession or conceived or reduced under his control as to practice or developed by Executive, either alone or jointly with others, during the term of this Agreement in connection with the Services that relate to any Proprietary Informationpossible applications and use thereof.

Disclosure of Inventions. Executive will promptly disclose in writing to the Company Employer, or any persons designated by it, all Inventions made or conceived or improvements, inventions, creations, processes, know-how, data and ideas made, conceived, reduced to practice practice, developed, originated or developed learned by Executive, either alone or jointly with others, others during the term period of this Agreement in connection Executive’s employment with the Services Employer, and that relate in any material respect to any Proprietary Informationthe businesses in which Employer is then engaged or is then actively planning to become engaged, or are a logical extension of such businesses (“Inventions”).

Executive will promptly disclose in writing to the Company all Inventions made inventions, innovations, improvements, original works of authorship, developments, methods, designs, analyses, drawings, reports and all similar or conceived related information (whether or reduced to practice not patentable or developed by Executiveregistrable under patent, either alone copyright, or jointly with others, during the term of this Agreement similar laws) (“Inventions”) that could constitute Work Product (as defined in connection with the Services that relate to any Proprietary InformationSection 6.06(b)).
