Disclosure of Third Party Information. TripAdvisor acknowledges that it and the other members of the TripAdvisor Group may have in its or their possession confidential or proprietary Information of Third Parties that was received under confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements with such Third Party while part of the Expedia Group. TripAdvisor will hold, and will cause the other members of its Group and its and their respective Representatives to hold, in strict confidence the confidential and proprietary Information of Third Parties to which TripAdvisor or any other member of the TripAdvisor Group has access, in accordance with the terms of any agreements entered into prior to the Effective Time between one or more members of the Expedia Group (whether acting through, on behalf of, or in connection with, the Separated Businesses) and such Third Parties.
