Common use of Disclosure on termination of deed Clause in Contracts

Disclosure on termination of deed. The parties agree that, if this deed is terminated under this clause 7, any party may disclose: (a) the fact that this deed has been terminated, where such disclosure is required by the relevant Listing Rules or is in the reasonable opinion of that party required to ensure that the market in its securities is properly informed; (b) the fact that this deed has been terminated to ASIC and the Court; and (c) information that is required to be disclosed as a matter of law or in any proceedings.
