Disclosure to Regulatory Authorities. The Regulatory Party may disclose the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information, without the Disclosing Party’s prior written consent, to any Governmental Authority in connection with any filing, application or request for Regulatory Approval with respect to any Product in the Territory, to the extent that such disclosure is necessary for obtaining or maintaining any Regulatory Approval or submitting or amending any Regulatory Materials with respect to such Product in the Territory or to the extent such disclosure is required to satisfy any other regulatory obligation with respect to such Product in the Territory; provided that reasonable measures shall be taken to assure confidential treatment of such information to the extent practicable and consistent with Applicable Law.
