Common use of Disconnection or Early Termination of Service Clause in Contracts

Disconnection or Early Termination of Service. Customer must provide at least sixty (60) days prior written notice for the disconnection of any Service. Notwithstanding any such termination, Customer will remain liable for any applicable Early Termination Charges set forth in this Agreement and such other charges set forth in Section 10.0.
