Common use of Discontinuation of Committees Clause in Contracts

Discontinuation of Committees. A Committee shall continue to exist until the Parties mutually agree to disband such Committee. Once a Committee has been discontinued, any requirement of Licensee to provide Information, documents or other materials to such Committee shall be deemed a requirement to provide such Information, documents or other materials to Licensor.
