Discrepancies and Omissions in Drawings and Specifications. Contractor shall immediately report to OCM and to Design Professional the discovery of any discrepancy, error, omission, or inconsistency in the Contract Documents prior to execution of the Work. When performing as a Construction Manager-at-Risk, Contractor has a shared responsibility with Design Professional for discovery and resolution of discrepancies, errors, omissions, and inconsistencies in the Contract Documents. In such case, Contractor’s responsibility pertains to review, coordination, and recommendation of resolution strategies within budget constraints.
