Common use of Discrepancy Clause in Contracts

Discrepancy. ‌ If the examination referred to in clause 6.2 reveals an underpayment or outstanding amounts owed to the Licensor in a Reporting Period: (a) the Licensee must promptly pay the Licensor the outstanding amount; and (b) of 7% or more of Fees due in the Reporting Period, the Licensee must pay the Licensor the Licensor's reasonable costs for performing the examination.
