Common use of Discrepancy Clause in Contracts

Discrepancy. In regard to all Products sold by Sensor-Technik to ▇▇▇▇▇, if, after delivery, ▇▇▇▇▇ discovers any discrepancy between (i) the quantity or type of Products ordered and that received or (ii) the quantity or type of Products invoiced and that received, ▇▇▇▇▇ shall use best efforts to timely give notification of the discrepancy. Appropriate adjustments shall be made in the ordinary course.
