These rules and regulations have been formulated in accordance with public safety rules and in the best interest of the exhibitors, Expo Management and its members and visitors. Exhibitors expressly accept and agree to abide by these regulations; and any and all matters whether or not specifically covered in the regulations are subject to the sole discretion and final decision of Expo Management.
