Common use of Discretion to Refuse Clause in Contracts

Discretion to Refuse. TCSCL reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse to make any Application for any reason whatsoever, including if there are insufficient funds in the Client's account(s) (“Account”) at the relevant time for settling the Application Amount and Handling Fee or pre-arranged facilities for such purpose.
