Common use of Discrimination Clause Clause in Contracts

Discrimination Clause. Neither the College nor the Association shall discriminate against any Employee because of that Employee's race, creed, color, national origin, sex, age (as defined in the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, as amended, or in Ohio law governing age discrimination), or handicap/disability (as defined in the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, in Ohio law governing handicap discrimination, or in the American With Disabilities Act of 1990). The provisions of this Section 15.11 shall not be subject to the grievance procedure set forth in Article III of this Agreement.
