Discrimination Clause. a. The Agency and the Union agree not to unlawfully discriminate against any employee and/or member on the basis of age, genetic information, sex (including pregnancy, child birth and related medical conditions), marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression, medical condition, physical and/or mental disability, religion, race, color, creed, national origin, ancestry, military and veterans status, political affiliation, or Union membership or activity. b. Nothing in this Section shall be construed to extend benefits to any person.
