Disestablishment. 8.1.1 From the start of the 2004 school year in the situation of a merger of schools, the principals' positions in all the affected schools shall be disestablished. The new position of principal in the merged or amalgamated school shall be advertised pursuant to the Education and Training Act 2020 (as per clause 2.3, 2.4 and 2.5).
