Common use of Dishonored Check or Draft Clause in Contracts

Dishonored Check or Draft. In the event Concessionaire delivers a dishonored check or draft to the Aviation Department in payment of any obligation arising under this Agreement, Concessionaire shall incur and pay a service charge in the amount established by the Aviation Department from time to time, along with interest thereon at eighteen percent (18%) per annum from the original due date of such dishonored check or draft without further demand. In such event, the Aviation Department may require that future payments be made by cashier's check or other means acceptable to the Aviation Department
