Disorderly Conduct The Contractor shall at all times take all reasonable precautions to prevent any unlawful, riotous or disorderly conduct by or amongst its personnel, and to preserve peace and protection of people and property in the neighbourhood of the Works.
Evacuation (1) If the Combatant Commander orders a mandatory evacuation of some or all personnel, the Government will provide assistance, to the extent available, to United States and third country national Contractor personnel. (2) In the event of a non-mandatory evacuation order, unless authorized in writing by the Contracting Officer, the Contractor shall maintain personnel on location sufficient to meet obligations under this contract.
Criminal damage 2.7.1 The Supplier will maintain standards of vigilance and will take all precautions as advised by the Criminal Damage (Compensation) (Northern Ireland) Order 1977 or as may be recommended by the police or the Northern Ireland Office (or, if replaced, their successors) and will compensate the Customer for any loss arising directly from a breach of this obligation (including any diminution of monies received by the Customer under any insurance policy). 2.7.2 If during the Call-Off Contract Period any assets (or any part thereof) is or are damaged or destroyed by any circumstance giving rise to a claim for compensation under the provisions of the Compensation Order the following provisions of this clause 2.7 will apply. 2.7.3 The Supplier will make (or will procure that the appropriate organisation make) all appropriate claims under the Compensation Order as soon as possible after the CDO Event and will pursue any claim diligently and at its cost. If appropriate, the Customer will also make and pursue a claim diligently under the Compensation Order. Any appeal against a refusal to meet any claim or against the amount of the award will be at the Customer’s cost and the Supplier will (at no additional cost to the Customer) provide any help the Customer reasonably requires with the appeal. 2.7.4 The Supplier will apply any compensation paid under the Compensation Order in respect of damage to the relevant assets towards the repair, reinstatement or replacement of the assets affected. Vandalism Or Malicious Mischief This peril does not include loss to property on the "residence premises", and any ensuing loss caused by any intentional and wrongful act com- mitted in the course of the vandalism or malicious mischief, if the dwelling has been vacant for more than 60 consecutive days immediately before the loss. A dwelling being constructed is not consid- ered vacant.
Injuries In the event of an incident or accident involving outside medical care for an individual on or near the Work, Contractor shall notify the ODR and other parties as may be directed within 24 hours of the event. 7.4.1 Record the location of the event and the circumstances surrounding it, by using photography or other means, and gather witness statements and other documentation which describes the event. 7.4.2 Supply the ODR and A/E with an incident report no later than 36 hours after the occurrence of the event. In the event of a catastrophic incident (one fatality or three workers hospitalized), barricade and leave intact the scene of the incident until all investigations are complete. A full set of incident investigation documents, including facts, finding of cause, and remedial plans shall be provided by Contractor to Owner within one week after occurrence, unless otherwise directed by Owner’s legal counsel. Contractor shall provide the ODR with written notification within one week of such catastrophic event if legal counsel delays submission of a full report.
