Display Cases Clause Samples

The Display Cases clause governs the use and placement of display cases, typically in a retail or commercial setting. It outlines the conditions under which display cases may be installed, who is responsible for their maintenance, and any restrictions regarding their size, location, or appearance. For example, the clause may require that display cases do not obstruct walkways or must be approved by the property owner before installation. Its core function is to ensure that display cases are used in a manner that maintains safety, aesthetics, and compliance with property rules, thereby preventing disputes or hazards related to improper displays.
