Display Materials. Airline shall have the right to place materials at its ticket counters where applications for credit cards may be made and other of Airline’s services may be promoted and offered. Airline shall have the right to do the same at booths, stands, and/or tables within its Airline Premises, subject to the approval of the Airport Director, not to be unreasonably withheld.
Display Materials. 1. All materials used in the exhibit space and display must be non-flammable, fireproof, or flame resistant, or as required by fire regulations, and must be able to pass fire inspection at any time. 2. It is EXHIBITOR’s sole responsibility to be familiar with and to comply with any and all State, local, and city fire ordinances. The information given here concerning non-flammable or fireproof materials is not meant to take the place of local, State and federal fire ordinances, and is only offered to give EXHIBITOR possible restrictions that EXHIBITOR might encounter in its compliance with the fire ordinances. 3. Materials that are combustible or flammable must not be used. Materials manufactured as flame resistant must be certified and labeled as such. Display materials, decorations, drapes, signs, banners, and so forth, shall be flame resistant to the satisfaction of the fire inspector. 4. All packing containers, wrapping paper, excelsior, and packing materials, must be removed from the floor and cannot be stored underneath tables, shelving, or behind displays. 5. Displays and merchandise with sharp edges extending outside the exhibit space shall not be allowed. 6. EXHIBITOR must choose appropriate lighting to ensure exhibit space has a constant spread of illumination. 7. EXHIBITOR should try to avoid a heavy, prefabricated edifice, and must not use any display that is unstable or could be at risk of falling. EXHIBITOR agrees to maintain the structural strength of the display.
Display Materials. Vendor may display brochures and other materials at their booth provided that samples have been submitted in advance for approval by Event Management. i. Vendors have the right to distribute brochures and other printed matter approved by Event Management, only from the booth space occupied by them and no other way. Event Management reserves the right to remove any materials it deems to be inappropriate at any time. ii. Display material must be confined to the individual Vendor’s assigned booth space. No placard, stickers, or other signs relating to non-paid exhibiting firms will be allowed in individual booths.

  • Heavy Materials An Employee shall not be required to lift a building materials in excess of 20 kg in weight unless such Employee is provided with a mechanical aid or with an assisting Employee; provided that an Employee shall not to manually lift any building materials in excess of 20 kg weight to a height of more than 4 feet (1.2m) above the working platform.

  • Customer Materials Subject to Section 4(a), all right, title and interest (including all Intellectual Property Rights) in and to the Customer Materials are owned by Customer or Customer’s suppliers.

  • Licensed Materials The materials that are the subject of this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A ("Licensed Materials").

  • Proprietary Materials Each of the Parties shall own its own intellectual property including without limitation all trade secrets, know-how, proprietary data, documents, and written materials in any format. Any materials created exclusively by IPS for the School shall be owned by IPS, and any materials created exclusively by Operator for the School shall be Operator’s proprietary material. The Parties acknowledge and agree that neither has any intellectual property interest or claims in the other Party’s proprietary materials. Notwithstanding the foregoing, materials and work product jointly created by the Parties shall be jointly owned by the Parties and may be used by the individual Party as may be agreed upon by both Parties from time to time.

  • Other Materials On each date on which the Company is required to deliver a certificate pursuant to Section 7(l), the Company shall have furnished to the Agent such appropriate further information, opinions, certificates, letters and other documents as the Agent may reasonably request. All such opinions, certificates, letters and other documents will be in compliance with the provisions hereof.
