Company shall dispose or arrange to dispose of the Refuse collected under this Agreement only at solid waste disposal facilities that are licensed and permitted to accept such solid waste. Company also shall Process or arrange to Process the Recyclables and Organic Waste collected under this Agreement only at Processing facilities that are licensed and permitted to process such materials.
