Disposal of Refuse. Owner shall not deposit into any garbage can or other receptacle located on Marina property any of the following: (1) paint, varnish, thinner, non-edible oil or other flammable or hazardous materials; (2) vessel parts, including but not limited to batteries, engine machinery parts, interior parts, fastenings or upholstery; or (3) any item weighing in excess of 20 pounds.
