Disposal restrictions. The right to the exclusive use, occupation and enjoyment of any Phase VII Residential Unit or Phase VII Residential Car Parking Space or the Kindergarten or the Phase VII Commercial Accommodation or any part thereof shall not be sold, assigned, mortgaged, charged, leased (other than for a term of less than twelve years), licensed or otherwise disposed of separately from the Share with which the same is held.
